Owner Profile

Beginning as a window cleaner/metal polisher for Aluminum Maintenance Systems in LA during summer jobs while in High School in Dana Point, CA in the late 80’s, President/Owner Mathieu Weinraub enrolled out-of-state in CSU’s College of Liberal Arts.

“On my first day of class as a freshman walking into the Clark Building, I remember envisioning: One day I’m going to clean all the windows on this campus.”

After employment with Front Range Building Services, CSU Facility Services, Pedus Service Inc., Empire Window Cleaning Co., and Amenko Services (1988 – 1991), his vision became a reality by way of contracting with Colorado State to clean the windows on many of the University’s campus buildings.

By graduation in ’93, Mathieu & his crew actually boasted the cleaning of nearly 45 campus buildings, including the Morgan Library, Hughes Stadium, Moby Arena, Lory Student Center, Clark Building, Theatre Building, Admissions Building, and the Administration Annex.

As a brief opportunity beckoned with AMS Architectural Technologies, he was selected to run their Toronto CIBC restoration project. After living and working in Toronto for a year – and a transfer to NY – he collaborated on façade restoration projects with prominent property management firms such as ESG, Rudin Management, and Cushman & Wakefield at some of New York’s most prestigious buildings, including One New York Plaza and the iconic white triangular-crowned Citicorp Center.

With a shift of AMS’ operations overseas, Mathieu stayed in NY and founded Fourth Generation Services in 1996. In ’97 Fourth Generation was incorporated in the state of New York, while its NJ division was formed in 2000.

He is proud to provide service for a diverse group of clients, and grateful to all of his customers with whom he has stayed on through the years.
